I tried to read an article in your eLibrary but couldn’t. Why not?
There are a few possible reasons. First, to view the full text you need to be a subscriber, since we do not offer free access. Second, if you happened to have closed out of our site and then returned to it right away, then it may say you are allowed only one user; this is because the system takes up to ten minutes to recognize that you left the site. Third, you may have to enable your Cookies function, so that your computer can retain the memory of the username/password you type in, once you click to the next page. To check your Cookies function, just click on the URL below and look for the appropriate instructions.

If there is still a problem, please email education@worldandi.com or call toll-free 866-211-6040.

I couldn’t complete the process of signing up for a subscription online. Was my credit card charged?
We apologize for any problems you encountered with the subscription process. The good news is that your credit card should not have been charged if you could not complete the sign-up process.
